Pure Squirrel hair has very little 'snap' because the hair isn't very resilient.

Rosemary use a mix of Canadian and Russian Squirrel hair, handmade to the highest quality and provides the Water-Colourist with a hair that carries and distributes water well.

The Series 43 is a visibly short hair which makes this range soft and delicate. This range is handy for control in smaller areas where minimum paint distribution is required.
