A tacky water base formula made specifically to adhere Glitters to the skin and face. The brush tip enables you to make unique and precise eye designs.
Will not smudge dry paint beneath.
This product has been carefully selected for the quality ingredients, long lasting durability, sweat resistance and the promotion of healthy skin.
Apply on dry skin, and allow to dry slightly until tacky, then apply glitter by pressing the glitter on top, do not rub.
