Manufacturer usage instructions for GTX Face paint.
As with any cosmetic product, you should always read the label and follow the instructions before using our face paint. You should also avoid using our face paint if your customer has acne, cuts, wounds, infections, or rashes on their skin. If your customer experiences any irritation, redness, itching, or swelling, they could be having an allergic reaction and should consult a doctor. We suggest a patch test.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the lids of the containers tightly closed when not in use to prevent them from drying out or getting contaminated. You should also clean your tools regularly with soap and water to prevent bacteria growth.
Start Clean, stay clean.
Never dip a brush or sponge into the large crafting cakes.
Repot for single-colour use, don't use the paint that is in your crafting container on the job, and then make cakes out of used paint.
Wear gloves when creating your cakes to prevent bacterial growth on your crafting cake.
When creating a cake, use clean tools. Cavicide wipes are perfect to wipe out and sanitise your boxes and crafting knife before filling and between cuts. (Sanitise your box and knife every time, especially if using recycled boxes!)
Use the GTX crafting knife or another sharp knife to cut slices out of your crafting cake. Cut with care! Slow and steady.
Keep your fingers out of the way. When cutting from the edge, run the knife along the box edge to loosen the paint easily.
Press down on all colours once your cake is complete.
Add all of the desired colours to your box USING ONLY GTX PAINT. We are the only paint that is legally insured for this purpose! DO NOT MIX our brand with other brands, it will void your insurance.
Additional Info, inform and confirm with your insurance you are covered to proceed with this procedure.
