Use a slightly damp brush or a make-up sponge and apply to the surface of the make up.
Water Make-up dries within 15 seconds. The colours are rub-resistant yet easy to remove with tepid water and skin wash.
If you do not want the colours to mix, be sure to wait for the first layer to dry before continuing. If you apply the make-up too thickly or in too many layers, you will end up with a cracking effect.
