    All customers: GTX paints have been tested for bacteria and heavy metals. We will continue to test random products on a biennial basis for consumer peace of mind. Find testing reports at gtxfacepaint.com

    USA Customers: The FDA to date has not tested neon pigments for cosmetic use. It is important to follow the guidelines provided by the FDA for the USA, which advises that because of this, our neons are not to be used on skin in America. They are Special Effects products for prosthetic, etc. use. GTX Facepaint products are labeled in compliance with regulations set forth by each country to which they ship.

    EU/UK Customers: GTX Facepaint Products are registered with the CPNP and SCPN. Our responsible person is located on the label at the bottom right. GTX Products are in compliance with EC 1223/2009.

    All UV-reactive neons will be labeled as “Special Effects” in the UK and EU.

    Canadian Customers: Our products are registered with Health Canada. There are no active restrictions for cosmetic use on any of our ingredients, including Neon pigments in Canada. The Canadian label will be the same as the normal label for our Neons.
