Directions: Activate the Special effects paint with clean water and apply using a suitable brush or sponge. Use on special effects prosthetics (e.g. bald caps), costumes, or creative props. For enhanced UV glow, use under a black light. For glitter balm application use a silicone or plastic spatula for application.
Store in a cool dry place. Protect from sunlight. Do not ingest.
