DFX, UV and Neon 10g, 32g, 45g, 90g

Neon Colours from Diamond FX have a great effect with blacklight, to make the neon colours more effective use DFX essential White (1001) as base.

The neon Purple (132) Blue (170) White (180) are manufactured according to the EEC and FDA regulations (hence slight price increase) however other colours in the neon range are for use in special effects and use in hair and are not suitable for use as cosmetics according to FDA and EU regulations.
